History
In September 2004, Mr. Pravin M. Pawar founded PMI and set a goal to dominate the worldwide process industrial market within ten years. His passion for creating new technologies in this field was the driving force behind its formation and he was determined to make it successful.
To achieve this, PMI began by fabricating processing equipment and adopted a design, manufacture, erection and commissioning policy for turnkey projects. This enabled them to develop technology related to drying, mixing, blending and other process equipment which eventually helped them reach their target.
Initially established at Talawade in Pune, PMI’s success can be attributed to its founder’s ambition.
The key to delivering a high-quality product to the customer lies in proper planning, design and execution of the manufacturing process. Project management is essential to reducing risk, ensuring quality and completing the project on time and within budget.
The PMI project management team plans every aspect of the project, from material resources planning to final erection and commissioning. They also execute these plans within the scheduled timeframe in order to meet delivery deadlines. Some of the activities carried out by the PMI team include:

- Preparing bar charts for each project
