Working Principle

The mixing is achieved by slow rotation of the octagonal-shaped drum, which causes the material to repeatedly fall, cascade, and intermingle. Baffles inside the blender improve mixing efficiency by breaking the flow pattern and ensuring uniform distribution of ingredients. Due to the gentle tumbling motion and absence of stirring blades, the Octagonal Blender is particularly suitable for products where particle size, shape, or structure must remain unchanged.
