The Spin Flash Dryer is a high-performance drying system designed for instant drying of cohesive and non-free-flowing materials like filter cakes, pastes, and slurries. Ideal for industries requiring high throughput and precise moisture control, it offers rapid drying with minimal residence time, preserving product quality and consistency.
Working Principle
The wet material is fed into the drying chamber through a screw feeder or pump system. Inside, a high-speed rotating disperser breaks the material into fine particles. Simultaneously, hot air is introduced at the base of the chamber, creating a swirling airflow that instantly dries the dispersed particles.
The dried powder is carried upward with the hot air stream and separated from the air in a cyclone separator or bag filter. Oversized particles fall back for further drying, ensuring uniform output.
