Working Principle

Liquid feed is atomized into fine droplets by nozzles or rotary atomizers inside a heated drying chamber. The hot air rapidly evaporates moisture as droplets fall, leaving dry particles that are collected in cyclone separators or bag filters. This process ensures minimal thermal degradation and high product quality.
